You just need to bring yourself, your laptop, and whatever you plan on wearing. You will get your own dorm room complete with linens, pillow, blanket and towels so you don't have to worry about hauling that stuff with you. We'll also be supplying food, drinks, and fun atmosphere. If you have a particular board game or card game that you would like to bring please do so because we can only guarantee that we'll have the equipment needed to play Artemis.
No more than $200 all-inclusive; we expect sponsorship to offset the cost of your registration but please bear with us as we work with our sponsors – prices will be confirmed by mid May. Registration includes room, board, linens, pillows, towels, swag, and all food (contact us with any dietary restrictions). Preparing food is considered a team building exercise so all meals, as well as the clean up after the meals, will be done by teams.
Even though the conference runs from July 31st through August 2rd, attendees are welcome to arrive on July 30st and stay through August 3rd if it helps with flights or if you just want more time in DC. There will be food available for those coming early and staying late, just provide a heads up so there is enough food available.
Came up with Ruby for Good, and it would not be possible with out his hard work. He is helping save the bees.
Loves building cool things, the community, helping folks learn. Also, loves LEGO.
Couldn't have done this event without the support of the Arlington Ruby community.
That feeling you get when doing something good.
Ruby For Good is providing scholarships to allow more people the opportunity to participate. (We expect to open the scholarships in late May)
